GuestDirectSM helps overcome H.S.I.A. hurdles at large convention hotel in Florida

In the process of providing guest support for a large convention hotel/resort in Florida, technicians at GuestDirectSM identified a higher than normal call traffic pattern as compared to similar hotels/resorts. Technicians also identified anomalies in the "Call Reasons" over a period of time. In this case, more guests were calling for reasons that are more rare in other similar locations.
 
GuestDirectSM technicians examined the data they had collected over a period of months and identified several trends and issues related to the hotel's local area network. The technicians then presented their findings in a report to the hotel management. Hotel management promptly recognized the opportunity presented to drastically improve their guests' HSIA experience. They implemented the solutions presented by GuestDirectSM and almost immediately saw a decrease in the number of calls and an increase in guest satisfaction.
